日本九州大分縣出產的「蘭王蛋」被冠以貴族蛋的名號,因其經過嚴格營養及品質控制,就連雞隻也有特定要求,必須要嚴選200至320天的母雞,餵食的飼料必須為原料穀物,而且需經嚴格品質控制,要求營養均衡,不含添加劑、激素及抗生素,綜合上述條件所生下的雞蛋才可稱之為「蘭王蛋」。

蘭王蛋的蛋黃呈橙紅色,色澤光亮,而且蛋香非常濃郁,少蛋腥甚至不腥,其特點為杜絕沙門氏菌,品牌更標榜可以放心生吃,一般用作拌飯,加添上「蘭王鼓油」的話就連白飯也可以提升幾個層次!

 

The 「蘭王蛋」produced in Oita Prefecture, Kyushu, Japan is known as the noble egg because it undergoes strict nutrition and quality control. Even the chickens have specific requirements. Hens must be carefully selected and fed between 200 and 320 days old. The feed must be raw grains, and must undergo strict quality control, requiring balanced nutrition, without additives, hormones and antibiotics. Only eggs laid under the above conditions can be called 「蘭王蛋」.


The egg yolk of Lan Wang Egg is orange-red, bright in color, and has a very strong egg aroma with little or no fishy smell. It is characterized by the elimination of salmonella. The brand even claims that it can be eaten raw with confidence. It is generally used as mixed rice with the addition of 「蘭王蛋」 If you add oil, even white rice can be improved to several levels!
